§     Mr. Leenesh is from the Indian city of seven islands Mumbai.

      §     His task is to coordinate activities of IIST College of Nepal which is a Branch of Bedok Commercial School
             Singarpore to ensure that the school matches the international teaching methodology.

      §     He is responsible for manpower planning, recruitment and selection, staffing employee resources, managing
             and designing HR policies, performance appraisals, employee training and induction programmes, member
             of management and administration, liason between BODs and legal matters, academics and student affairs,
             marketing and branding of IIST College. He also counsels prospective students, analyse their needs and
             help them to find a suitable career path for their future. 

§   He has more than five years of experience as a Faculty-cum-System Administrator in Navodaya Vidyalaya residential co-educational institution, affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) fully aided under the Ministry of Human Resource Development(HRD), Dept. of Literacy & Education, Govt. of India. The school IT infrastructure consists of a client-server LAN setup using Microsoft family products for more than 45 computers, equipped with broadband & V-Sat facility. Mr. Leenesh handled class XI & XII for the subject Computer Science of Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) and produced 100% result with all first-classes for the year 2007-08, 2008-09 & 2009-10 respectively.  

§     Mr. Leenesh implemented Intel’s CLP-Computer Literacy Programme in JNV and accorded IT education to 400+ students of neighbouring schools of Jalgaon district and ILP-Intel Learn & Practice programme the first of its type in India, the course textbooks were designed by Intel & Microsoft Corporation, USA in accordance with Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti on NCF-National Curriculum Framework 2005.  

§     Mr. Leenesh has a sound knowledge and proficiency in use of IT tools viz., Microsoft Office, Paint, windows operating system families; Windows XP/Vista/7.0/Server 2003/2008, SQL Server 2000, 2001 & 2005, Visual Basic 6.0, Visual Studio 2005 & 2008, Red Hat Linux, Apache webserver, Java Development kit(JDK), setting up IP/TCP/IP Protocal & networks, service packs & other updates.   

§    His topics of interest are problem solving, designing an efficient logic using object oriented approach for solution using C++, file handling, data structures, programming styles: structured design, minimum coupling, high cohesion, good documentation of the code to ensure readability and ease of maintenance, working with Relational Databases(RDBMS), algebra of logic, explore the world of communication and networks.  

§  Mr. Leenesh holds a first class in M.M.S (PG course in Management Studies) from NorthMaharashtraUniversity, Jalgaon. He graduated in computers from University of IGNOU, New Delhi and also holds a professional certification i.e. PGDACA-Advance Diploma in Computer Applications from Department of Electronics Accredited Computer Courses (DOEACC) under Ministry of Information & Communications, New Delhi. He has completed his school education from St. Aloysius Convent High School. Mr. Leenesh holds a first class throughout his education career in studies.  

§    Mr. Leenesh is authoring a textbook for CBSE class XII subject Computer Science of India. He also authorized a textbook on the C Programming module and Project for ICM UK and is designing course materials on behalf of IIST college.
